What patients are saying...

If I can give no stars I would. I showed up thinking it was "urgent" care. Instead I show up and they are closed. I have to make an appt for urgent care. I find this rude and unacceptable. I show up and I can't get in. When you're in pain why should I make an appointment to be seen at urgent care?! I ended going to a different place which helped me. Just doesn't make sense to me.
