I have used this facility a few times, never had any bad experiences with this location to include the confident staff and the frendly staff. Good Care received.. I called first before going to get a best idea of time to come. I do recommend this place to others..

I had a severe throbbing ear infection and went in on the 16th of February and was given medication, I was told to come back in 48 hours if no improvement. I went back on the 18th and waited over an hour to be seen, then the NP who was a different person who I had previously seen came in and said I was fine even though I was still in SEVERE PAIN and my eardrum was red and swollen!I still have trouble sleeping and swallowing due to severe pain in my ear! I will never go back to that place they are useless & triple charge you for nothing. I am currently suffering, because I now know no one will help me.
