Unfortunately, as has happened previously, the staff was late to open the office and so I was not seen at my appointment time. The practitioner forgot to call in my medication, so I was left without it, in discomfort. Then when I called to let them know the medication had not been called in, they did not answer the phone, and I was transferred to another office, who said they would pass on my message. I am still awaiting my medication.
