The receptionist was friendly and the wait time short but my first and last experience with Mary Paradis. She had no time to ask me any questions,barely gave me an exam and stayed by the door the majority of our 5 minute interaction. If she would have let me explain my chronic condition that I’ve had due to my birth defect maybe she wouldn’t have spent so much time trying to school me on ways to avoid a sinus infection. I appreciate getting the steroids and antibiotics but the way she treated me was horrible and I would rather wait hours at the ER than have to deal with this provider. I will add I just moved her so I hope this wasn’t a representation of the medical care in Redding.

All the staff were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Mary Paradis nailed my diagnosis and remedy!  Many thanks to her. Plus your computer software used for the appointment, reminders and follow-up was professional and user-friendly.  Would recommend this facility.

Long waits even if you have an appointment. I sat in the office till 230 and my appointment was at 1. Even got there early. Also had some late arrivals show up and be seen before me

Way to many folks for one doctor. Doc was great but really needs some hepl

Made an appointment for 12:00 noon. Didn’t get to see physician until 3:45 pm. What good is a reservation if there is no hold on your spot.

I arrived in without an appointment. I downloaded an app and they got me in within a half hour. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a X-ray on site and up to date technology. Very affordable compared to the emergency room.. I will definitely go back to this doctor office. I recommend anyone with a broken arm to go here for help.

I have not received my X-rays results yet!!! I have called the office and left messages, even spoke with the receptionist who said I would get results yesterday!

Staff was great and scheduling was easy but I waited two hours (even though I had an appointment), saw Dr. Mary for maybe 5 minutes. I asked to take notes on what she was telling me the prescriptions were for and she said she had to go and didn’t have time. She asked me to put on a mask for COVid concerns but then later I asked about taking a COVid test if she was concerned and she said I didn’t need it, was sick to long and there was no way I had COVid. Finally I asked her to clarify what I had, and she annoyingly said that she already told me but would repeat herself, but the discharge papers said something else. Overall I left feeling frustrated and that there wasn’t time created to address my concerns.
