I got in right away and everybody was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Mary Paradis was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable and got me additional information I needed. I was out of there in 20 minutes. I would recommend everyone to come here!

All the staff were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Mary Paradis nailed my diagnosis and remedy!  Many thanks to her. Plus your computer software used for the appointment, reminders and follow-up was professional and user-friendly.  Would recommend this facility.

Don’t bother booking an appointment because it’s absolutely irrelevant and not because others come in with a more serious medical issue and need to be taken sooner. It was extremely dirty and the waiting room was stifling and  intolerably hot. We waited for over two hours (with and after making an appointment) and watched as they took person after person back before us, all of them arriving after us, some of them literally arriving HOURS after us and were there for routine care and services like physicals while we were there for a very uncomfortable and contagious infection. We were finally called back to an exam room and about 20 minutes later a woman stuck her head into the exam room and said “I will call you in some antibiotics.” She never even glanced at the infection, nor looked at the associated body part. The provider didn’t even bother introducing herself, I have no idea what her name was or her title/credentials and were we will NEVER be back.

My rash that I had visited Pulse for weeks ago had cleared up but after finishing taking the meds and cream for it l, had come back. Dr. Paradis prescribed more meds and cream which has relieved the terrible itching and scaling. Dr. Paradis suggested that it could be my shampoo but under more investigating I believe it is the oil product for my hair that my beautician had me use that is causing the problem. I will let you know. Also Dr. Paradis said she would look into a different coding so I will be able to have allergy testing without having to pay over $1,300 since Medicare won’t pay for it with the code you had given me. Please check with Dr. Paradis if she has found a different code. Also I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour before I was seen but the doctor. They explained that they were running late because of all the influenza cases which I thoroughly understand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Paradis because she is a kind, caring and highly trained doctor who treated me like a real person and not just a number! She is the best and I would highly recommend her to everyone.
