First of all, clinic times listed here are wrong. They do open at 7am m-sat. Good experience each time I've used.

My primary physician from Bay Clinic recently joined this center. A while ago this clinic gave me an application to fill out in order to keep the same provider. Recently I received a call from this clinic stating that my application was denied. I asked for an explanation but she did not know why. I feel I deserve an explanation.
