Dr Burns is compassionate and listens, often in my experience, doctors are more concerned about watching the clock rather than addressing patients concerns. I have not experienced that even once with Dr Burns. From the staff working the front desk to the nurses to the billing department, I have felt heard and respected. Dr Burns has been my family doctor since 2001, I will not look for another doctor. Period.

Kerry Sander is amazing! I have sent several friends to see her and NONE of them have had anything but awesome things to say about her. I don’t understand why anyone would have a negative review of this place. The staff is kind, friendly and they treat you like you are family. During a pandemic, you might have to wait a few minutes to see a doctor or nurse. Guess what? It’s because they are helping others! They aren’t a fast food restaurant and I’m glad they aren’t! If you want professional and personalized care, this is the place to go! I have never had a bad experience!

Fantastic place with a caring and professional staff medical staff. PureHealth understands that not everyone has insurance, and offers affordable self-pay and upfront pricing in their facility. If one has insurance coverage they bill and take care of all paperwork. All medical providers are thorough and complete in exams, wether for an annual check-up or a sick visit, with a doctor or a nurse practitioner. Typically can get an appointment within a couple days, or can walk-in as needed during business hours. Phone calls are returned promptly, and one can feel confident in the high level of care provided. Dr. Burns goes the extra mile to find the best treatment plan for patients and has a warm, welcoming personality. Highly recommend for health care needs of the entire family!
