The woman at the front was incredibly rude, made several snide comments to me. Then the Dr did not listen to me or my needs. I won't be returning to this clinic ever again. And it sucks bc the last time I went it was a great experience which is why I returned.

I arrived a few minutes early just in case for paperwork, etc. The front desk was not courteous or friendly; seemed annoyed and bothered to assist me with check in. After completing check in was taken to a wait room with vitals taken. After waiting an hour with no communication from staff, I asked how much longer it would be they said there’s another patient ahead of me. Would be another 20 minutes or so. I decided I’d waited long enough for an urgent clinic with zero services provided. I informed them I would seek services from my primary physician and requested a reimbursement of my copay. I’ve been here in the past without having to wait an hour plus for services. Perhaps in the future, the staff should inform patients upon arrival their expected wait time to receive services. That way, patients may decide whether they’re willing to wait or take their business elsewhere. Communication is everything. Unfortunately it’s lacking here.

My first visit here. All went well with their service. The doctor/NP/PA (don’t remember which) was extremely thorough and so very nice.

My husband, and received excellent care from the staff. Nurse Wanda is super, and Dr Ahmed. Dr Ahmed even returned my call after the clinic was closed. He is excellent. We love everyone there, and have been there numerous times, and each time received great care.

I went in for sinus infection at 10AM. I was seen quickly and had vital signs taken. I saw doctor and he had me do chest X-rays. Those came out normal. The doctor spoke to me again and wrote out prescription. I drove to CVS pharmacy and gave then my prescription. I will pick up the medication in an hour.
