Staff go above and beyond. They provide quality care and service. Staff are always very kind and validating.

Came in for UTI, one desk worker was polite and that’s all. There was feces in the bathroom garbage can, and the woman who took my vitals faced away from me as she spoke. Doctor came in, told me she sent something over without even closing the door, left without asking if I had concerns. I had to stop her from walking out to ask what I’d tested for, and she THEN told me that they found no infection. I think that’s information I should’ve known before taking any medication. The staff here used to be much kinder but I felt mocked and confused by those people, who still never gave me clear direction on the treatment. Getting an appointment was easy but I left just as unclear as I came in.

Had a last minute visit and got in really quick. Friendly and professional

My husband and I both had flu like symptoms and couldn’t get in to see our regular doctor. We were glad we couldn’t as it turns out this clinic is just what we needed! Everyone was great and it turns out we both have Covid. There is no way we would have found that out as our doctor doesn’t have testing kits. We got medication given at the clinic and prescriptions ordered. Would definitely go to this clinic again

Need to rethink coming to this office. No one at this office seems to care ,it's more that your bothering them then anything else. They hurt my daughter as well. And then laughed when she cried. With the oh she's mad .

There for weight loss shot. Waited an hour just to be seen for something that usually only takes 15 minutes.

Had issues with a head cold and breathing. I told the nurse I took a home covid test came back negative but they gave me another one anyway the test that came back was walking pneumonia than they took chest x rays which I had no idea for. 3 shots and a lot of medication starting to feel better now have a good one.

Thw staff was kind and efficient. I appreciated the educated information I recieved as well as the care given. All around great place! I would recommend Quality Urgent Care.

I understand it is a urgent care, but if you’re going in for an Ozempic shot, it only takes not even five minutes for the doctor to come in and give you the shot the last three times I’ve been in there. I’ve had to wait over an hour I just feel that it shouldn’t wait that long just for a shot. I understand people are sick but just to duck in check with the patient and then get the shot right away so you’re out of there.

Walked in with a cough, sore throat, headache and earache. Was seen within a half an hour. Doctor was very thorough, kind, and caring.
