This place should close. I don't give you enough information to be able to do things correctly. I came in with all of my paperwork and asked for the test packets for my tests. When I asked if there was a time limit after you taken the sample to get it back in the blond-haired lab tech looked at me like I was crazy. They had all of my information unfortunately I only put my name and phone number in the machine. When I came back with my samples some of which had to be frozen some refrigerated I had traveled 80 miles to get there. Nobody told me there was a closer one in Beeville. Again. No information. When I came in with my samples they said they needed the paperwork. Twice they called my doctor to get a copy of the paperwork and they said they didn't receive it however the doctor said they faxed it twice. I left my sample there to go to the doctor's office to get a hard copy they gave me a copy of that as well as the fax confirmation. Unfortunately I didn't get back in time and put it in the doorway hopefully they'll do the test but it might be too late because I don't know how long the samples are good for. If you have to come here don't come here tell your doctor to use another diagnostic clinic. No way that I saw them be inappropriate or unhelpful to an elderly person who was clearly confused. They have no receptionist and so you have to figure things out and if you're already sick and elderly it's pretty hard to figure out what to do.
