Purchase a lab test through Quest without a referral. Our Quest service center offers a wide range of lab tests, including allergy, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular, fertility & family planning, immunization tests, infectious disease, men's and women's health, sexual health, and more. Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage online bookings through Solv to make your visit as quick and stress-free as possible.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards can also be used if they function as credit/debit cards. Check with your health account administrator to confirm eligibility for reimbursement under your plan.

I was arrived for a 3:20pm appointment, I did not check-in right away, and by the time I did, the system put me on the “Standby List” I was 2nd on the “Standby List” so I waited along with 7 other patients thinking, we would eventually be seen. The “Standby List” only grew longer, and the staff never called anyone on the “Standby List” at 4:40pm, a staff member came out to say, that their last appointment had arrived and that they were closing soon, and that nobody else would be seen. My frustration lies in the fact, that by putting my name on the “Standby List”, they led me and others to believe that we would eventually be seen. In fact, the staff stated at one point that every hour, 4 people on the “Standby List” are seen. Again, this was not the case. Be transparent from the beginning, if a person shows up at 8:30am without an appointment don’t make them wait all day to tell them they can’t be seen. If you are not taking walk-ins—say so, as soon as the person walks-in (the person ahead of me had been waiting since 8:30am) If you don’t take late arrivals, say so when the person schedules the appointment.
