I'd like to max this space out with praise for the staff, but it would just be different ways of saying the same thing. I hope they're always around and don't change a thing!!

I lost access to my primary care provider due to UHC cancelling One Source. Big deal in my life.  I chose quick doc because of previous experience with Ed Vanderbilt, NP.  All went well with my annual physical; he engaged in a conversation with me about alternative to taking an Rx statin. That’ really important to me. Ed is now my primary care provider.

The wait time was ridiculous. There wasn’t anybody else there. One person comes in the room ask for your symptoms, then a second person comes in and ask the same questions. Finally the clinician walks in and  ask the same  question.Ut was very  frustrating  He never even touched me , l felt like  it was a complete joke.
