Booked an appointment the night before and the day of appointment I was in and out and able to rest while being sick for the rest of the day. The staff were nice and cared. They didn’t make me wait long.

No wait time at all, easy check in online, was brought it right away. Amber was very kind and helpful but the red head woman who works there is rude and inconsiderate. She said to me “why do you always think you have strep” in a rude tone which I took as her assuming I have a hypochondriac. Then she looked at my throat and said yep.. still looks normal. I visited the office earlier in the week because my son tested positive for strep and I also woke up with a sore throat, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t contagious. I tested negative and amber said if the throat gets worse and I don’t have any other symptoms to come get checked again.. so it wasn’t me being paranoid or crazy., I don’t like visiting urgent cares I’d rather spend my time elsewhere but this woman has always been rude, I don’t understand why she works in this profession if she HATES people and has no bedside manner.. and makes the patient feel ridiculous for coming back

Wait in waiting room and patient area was excessive for 9yr old. Office did not have a lot of patients.  NP seemed bothered and rushed;  receptionists  seemed “not mean but mean” (quoted by my child).   The lady who took vitals was nice and personable but promised stickers to a kid who was miserable and then never got one.   I feel medical needs were met but definitely didn’t feel like we were treated well. Recommended by my kid that we go back to Minute clinic next time.

Not sure the point of making an appointment if you still have to sit there for 45 minutes before being called back.

Scheduling was very easy. My son and I were able to get in and out very quickly, the examination was thorough. The nurse and doctor were very kind and understanding as well. My son was treated with compassion. I’m very happy with the experience.

My son started with a fever and sore throat so we went to  quick Med in Cortland where we live. The Front desk, nurses and on call physician were very nice and attentive. However, when my son was called from the waiting room to the room he was being seen in, the nurse or nurse’s assistant that opened the door was rude. She rolled her eyes at us, and was very short with her tone of voice. When taking my son’s vitals she was belittling to both of us when he was telling her his symptoms. He told her he felt he had strep throat. He has had strep in the past. She looked at his chart and in a very rude tone told him he had his tonsils and adenoids removed he could not have strep. I assume she does not have more than an assistants knowledge because she would have known in fact that you can still get strep without your tonsils. She was dismissive and  acted as if we were a huge bother to her. She barely looked him over and glossed over his throat. Had she had actually looked she would have seen the whites spots that the physician saw. My son and I son have never been treated so rudely by a “professional”. The other nurses than ran flu and strep swabs and the physician were wonderful and very polite. We are thankful for this location and it being open on the weekend. My son did in fact have strep and needed antibiotic.

Had been battling a cough for a couple days, decided to book an appointment. Scheduled a time that was convenient for me, didn’t have to wait long at all, was in and out in less than an hour I’d say. Everyone was super nice and polite there. I definitely recommend going here
