My original appt and location were cancelled due to an unknown reason, but it was very easy to reschedule in a timely manner. I had to wait for another patient to go first even though I had an appt, so my wait time was 30 minutes. But the process once I was called back was very efficient and the staff were very friendly.

Scheduling was very easy to do online! I was able to schedule for the next day. I got there and didn’t have to wait long before getting taken back. I paid out of pocket for my visit and honestly the cost was very reasonable for what I came for. All the staff were super friendly and professional plus made me feel very welcomed. Some even cracked jokes with me but I loved my experience at QuickMed and definitely will be coming back here for primary care when my insurance finally starts!

The gentleman working the front desk was less than personable. He made it feel it was a bother to open the window and to speak to the guests coming in. Not friendly at all. Not a hello greeting, just what can I do for you? After going back, the staff was very kind.

This was my first visit there and I scheduled an appointment online and completed all the paperwork online. I arrived 10 minutes early and signed some documents and waited for an hour before I was called. The staff was nice and apologized for my wait and the doctor I saw was very nice but I doubt I’ll go back there
