The gentleman working the front desk was less than personable. He made it feel it was a bother to open the window and to speak to the guests coming in. Not friendly at all. Not a hello greeting, just what can I do for you? After going back, the staff was very kind.

Had scheduled time was 30 min beyond thst time gir) sent script to wrong pharmacy dr was not even going to write prescription unless I demanded one I guess he thought I cam to say hello uninterested in the paient

Was terrible pain with a pinched nerve. They got me in and out very quickly and was very professional and nice. Also love the fact that it’s close to home.

This was my first visit there and I scheduled an appointment online and completed all the paperwork online. I arrived 10 minutes early and signed some documents and waited for an hour before I was called. The staff was nice and apologized for my wait and the doctor I saw was very nice but I doubt I’ll go back there

Fast and friendly

I wanted to start off by saying that the staff there was amazing and my review has absolutely nothing to do about the care, but the business side of things. I signed up for an appointment time and preregistered with all of my information prior to coming. When I showed up, they said it’s first come first serve, not by appointment times. Wait time projected was a hour and a half. Why would you offer an appointment time if you are not going to adhere to it? That should be taken off your site if it’s only first come first serve. I preregistered and uploaded my insurance card info and pictures, plus my ID info and picture. I still had to fill out everything again and nothing I already filled out was on my paperwork that was printed for me. I was told the appointment time was just so I could preregister but if it’s not going to pull everything through, why would that be offered if it’s not being utilized? This is the fourth time I’ve tried to give this my business but only the first time I’ve used the service. I tried to get my daughter in to get an X-ray once but I was called after I preregistered and was told the X-ray machine wasn’t turned in that day and to try the next day (I took my business elsewhere). Another time, I was called and told there wasn’t a doctor on duty. The thought process behind your business is there (appointment times, preregistering, etc), but if you’re unable to execute the expectations, you should really alter your website as it’s almost like false advertising. The room I was put in had walls where the plaster was coming off in large chunks on the walls, the vent was coming off the wall, and there was a huge crack going from the floor to the ceiling. At a doctors office, it should look sterile and clean as this is reflective in the way people perceive your care. If I’m going in and seeing a building in decrepit conditions, I wonder about the care I’m going to receive as I’m sitting there waiting for a doctor. Again, the staff was wonderful and I was happy with the overall care, but some serious changes should be considered to the processes, website options, and overall upkeep of the building. I’d really prefer my review not be published as I would rather you take the feedback to improve rather than bashing your business publicly. It will not allow me to submit my feedback unless I click that it can be shared. I hope you take this feedback as what it is, honest feedback. Did I mention how great the care was? I hope those girls get kudos for everything they do. The doctor was so great with my son and was very thorough and kid friendly. She left no stone unturned and explained everything, plus took the time to answer every single question both of us had. The poor radiologist tech was working the front desk, took us back to the room, took the vitals plus did three tests on my son. She worked so hard and I felt bad she had to wear so many hats. She has to be tired wearing that many hats day after day but she did a great job!
