This is my second time being treated by Susan FNP at the Salem location.  She is kind and caring!  She listens to you and goes over your treatment plan.  She followed up with me the next day when my xray report came back.  The staff was pleasant also!  This is my third visit to the Salem location.  I am so glad I was able to be treated by Susan on my first and third visit.  My second visit was not the best experience when my care was provided by a different person.  I actually checked to see who the provider was before I went in for my third visit.  When the receptionist said it was Susan, I immediately went.  Thanks again for the excellent care!!

This was my second visit to this urgent care.  My first visit was great.  I felt like the provider was kind and listened to me.  She acted like she actually cared.  She prescribed a breathing treatment and gave me meds for acute bronchitis.  This visit the provider was much different.  I explained to him that I tested positive for Covid  and listed all my ailments and his exact comment was “welcome to Covid”.   Not professional at all.   I am a firm believer in riding things out and allowing your body to take care of my ailments.   But unfortunately I am immunocompromised due to multiple arthritis meds and that is not always the best route for me.  He informed me that he could not prescribe Paxlovid because he didn’t know my medical history.   My initial visit the provider went over my medical history with me while I was there. The second visit was much different.  He acted like he couldn’t be bothered with going over my medical history.  He advised me to take mucinex and contact my medical doctor in the morning- which I did and she prescribed me Paxlovid right away.  Just seemed like a total waste of time.

Had to make a last minute appointment for a work physical. Was in and out within and hour and a half. Great staff and scheduling.

Thankful for a quickmed in Salem. We had to go twice in two days for different children and had a similar experience both times with ease of scheduling minimum time and helpful service.

My granddaughter had an ear ache and it was Saturday. They were able to see her and give her a prescription. We are both so happy they were able to help us on a Saturday.

Had not been feeling well For almost 2 weeks. A full sinus infection had kicked in the doctor prescribed me. The medicine that I need was very understanding and efficient answered all of my questions. Great staff highly recommend.

Went in on Saturday morning and the two ladies on shift (receptionist/nurse and Doctor)were absolutely amazing. Sweet, kind and personable. Went in at 9am out by 9:30. Will come back when needed. Definitely recommend!

They didn't wait on me or serve me because I couldn't pay to pay right then. Unable to bill me. The girl at desk was amazing tho. Office very clean.

Felt like I might be getting a UTI. It was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment and fill out paperwork ahead of time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Donald Boyles NP was very thorough and made sure I understood his diagnosis and asked if I had any questions. It was nice being able to have access to an urgent care after work. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I scheduled online. Staff was very nice. The provider I saw was clear and answered all my questions. I would go back if needed
