I was very impressed from start to finish. Scheduling was so easy online, there was no wait time and everyone was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and use QuickMed again.

I just found out that the prescription I was issued directly contradicts with medication I'm already on which was disclosed twice and also prescribed for a cough which I never said I have. Very disappointed.

The doctor was very dismissive and made me realize I shouldn’t have disclosed past health issues. Just because she then dismissed everything else I was feeling. Dr. Kumar needs to learn bedside manner and listen to clients. I already know that I have previous health issues. But I’m telling you I need help with this issue.

My PA Kellogg was wonderful.  I had the flu and he really was sympathetic and helpful to me.  I was so sick and he made it almost bearable for the time I was there.  I highly recommend him to any patient.  I will also return in the future and hope to see him again if I do!

My daughter had a sore throat and what I thought was a fever (bad thermometer) this morning. I scheduled her for a 9am appointment and was there a few mins prior to that time. There was one man ahead of us. I filled out the paperwork and handed in my documents. We waited for about forty mins and had not been seen. In that time, another woman came in and they took her before us. When I asked why, the receptionist told me that the drivers license I gave her was expired and she had been waiting for a call back from her supervisor to see if we could even be seen. No one told me prior to this and I had a current drivers license- just handed in the expired one by mistake.  If she had asked, or at least told me it was expired, the situation could have been resolved in a timely manner. We were seen about 5 mins after that but it was a very long wait time that could have been avoided if my mistake would have been brought to my attention.  Otherwise, the medical team was great. No complaints there.

I have always had excellent care here. Front desk attendant and medical assistant were very professional and kind as always.  There was a delay, but I was  out informed so I could deal with that. However, when I met with the pre-provider, she was not only very unfriendly, but almost hostile towards me. Saying she wasn’t listening to my concerns would be an understatement. She scolded me the entire time, telling me I shouldn’t be there and what I should and should not be doing.  I left not only physically still dealing with my illness, but emotionally upset as well..
