I had issues with phelgm coming up only after I eat or drink. I had ear pain in right ear.  I scheduled for 2pm and taken to a room and an MT did vitals and was seen at 2:45 by a NP.  She checked ears, listened to chest and prescribed cough meds and antibiotics. I don’t have a cough nor did I. I said I cough up phelgm after I eat or drink. My ear she said clear but I still have an ache and following up with my primary.

I was there before noon. I signed in at 12:10. It gave me an appointment for 1 o’clock. It said only one person was in front of me. They did not see me until 224. The office staff are rude. The nurse that check your blood pressure is amazing, the nurse/doctor that I seen was not helpful at all. No, I would not recommend this provider and I will not be back.

woke up not being able to breath i scheduled an appointment and was in super quick everyone that helped me were the nicest people i will now only come here when i need quick attention they didn’t waste any time helping me to feel better and made sure that i had everything i needed to get better

Super easy online scheduling process although the online listed price was less than the actual price at the office.  When I walked in I was met by a sweet young lady at the desk. She handled the checking. Very well mannered and welcoming.  While she did seem confused about how to enter things into the computer - I still felt warmly welcomed.  I figured getting an early appointment would help speed the process up. While it didn’t take all day - and I was not dissatisfied with the wait time to get started - it was longer than I had expected.  Fast forward to the Nurse - super nice and welcoming. I felt as if she knew exactly what was going on and was fully prepared.  The nurse practitioner who completed the exam was also very friendly and easy to talk to.  Overall experience from booking to completion of care was acceptable to be expected for an urgent care facility.  I would recommend this provider for somebody looking for a DOT Physical.

Went in for a work physical, drug screening and some labs. I scheduled the day before online, had a minimal wait time and staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. As a healthcare worker I tend to be very critical of the healthcare I receive and I have no complaints regarding the office, staff or care I received.

I booked an appointment to have some sutures removed from my abdomen. I was really nervous because they seemed tight. The medical assistant who removed them was so kind she immediately put me at ease and got them out quickly with minimal pain. She was amazing!

I love that you can make an appointment for care, rather than wait. Quickmed is the only Urgent Care that I will go to. Most definitely my favorite.

The woman at check-in, my nurse, and my doctor were absolutely amazing. They seemed concerned about my health, above all… I’ve never met such kind people in the medical field- they made me feel safe and secure. I wish my dr. had a primary care practice! I will absolutely recommend the urgent care on ELM- to everyone!
