Tim, The Nurse Practitioner is awesome! He knew exactly what I was experiencing, he put the words to what I was feeling.

Scheduled this morning and was seen via telehealth before 1230pm. Interacting was easy and they were very responsive. Wait time was way less than in person. Was even seen with a small insurance problem. Would recommend! Everyone was so kind.

Absolutely a waste of time. Our video was not working so I rejoined the app and she hung up on me and said the appointment was over. Ridiculous. The website asked for camera permission and  I approved on my end. No call back, nothing. This is after waiting 45 minutes.

Waited an hour online and no one appeared. At 3, advertised closing time, I hung up. Got a call 15 minutes asking me to dial back in. Waited another 10 minutes but I have several laryngitis and we were unable to communicate and she couldn'treally check tonsils, lymph nodes, etc. Doc did the best she could but I don't think the Z-pack she prescribed is working. Even though I filled out paperwork ahead of time saying where to send prescription, she insisted on my telling her verbally. Due to my laryngitis, she sent it to a town 20 minutes away instead of neighborhood pharmacy. Don't recommend using telehealth if you have laryngitis!

Excellent service. Provider was professional and listened to my daughter’s concerns. She was also very nice.

My son woke up with a swollen lymph node and had a stuffy nose, i made the appointment and was seen all within 30 mins! The doctor was very nice and gave him meds and told me if it don’t go down or he has and red flags that him to the er. I highly recommend her and the this urgent care.

Scheduling was easy. Waited 43 minutes. Doctor was great.

My appointment was at 3 and at 2:45 I get a message saying my appointment is over. No one ever called me, and the location closest to me where I booked says they don't provide virtual appointments at all.

I was left without my benzo meds for 12 days I appreciate the second chance of have xanax in system buti was clean of all illegal.drugs I have always metabolized meds fast, but I have been a nervous wreck about this and so sick I couldn't help my dad with dementia or my significant other with heart failure.
