Showed up with two other patients in the waiting room, one already checked in, one waiting to be checked in. It took over an hour for my daughter to be checked in to the computer system. It took two hours for a strep test and then her antibiotic was not sent to the pharmacy. When asked for an estimated time I was told they will get to me soon. Nurse and doctor were pleasant with bedside manner. Still no treatment for my sick girl.

The wait time is almost as bad as the er! It would be better if things went a little faster I waited 2 1/2 hours and you still had not heard from the dr.reading my X-rays I then came home and still waited a 1/2 hour here.Before I got a call.which I get they are busy but that’s a bit extreme.

I woke up this am with symptoms of a bladder infection. I went to Quick care and was able to see the ARNP within 10 min of my arrival. She was very knowledgeable  and was able to order the right medication which helped me within a few hrs. I would definitely recommend this provider.
