The wait was over an hour and 50 min before even seeing a doctor. No one checked in to see if we were ok & we could hear the staff laughing and talking while we were still waiting to be seen. Very little checking symptoms and felt like we didn’t matter! Was told it could be —- or —— and if not better let us know… what a waste of time!

Everything and everyone was EXCELLENT! I had been ill for over a week assuming it was one of the many viruses going around.Instead, it persisted and I finally went to Urgent Care As soon as I walked in I was treated with compassion empathy and professionalism The best I have encountered! I felt better the very next day after starting antibiotics I would highly recommend this clinic It is clearly a step above the rest! Thank you for your great service!

Woke up this morning and I had a sore throat.  I called around noon and Kim was able to schedule me at 1:15.  I did have a bit of a wait but everyone was as amazing always ! Everyone’s sick right now so I wasn’t upset about my wait ! Brittany is my fav!  Def recommend!!

The only problem I had was the receptionist was very hard to hear but nice. Everyone and everything was super great!!!  The red haired nurse had a wonderful attitude 😊. Maybe someone could clean the window ledges 😉I plan on coming here next time I’m sick

I had an abscesses tooth I was in a little pain and it was Christmas Eve!  Didn’t want the pain thru the holidays. I made appointment on line that was great as I didn’t have to fill out paperwork when I got there. The staff was great to me and I was out the door in 30 mins and prescription called in asap. I was so happy. Really like the Quick Visit in town. Absolutely would recommend!!
