Woke up this morning and still had a sore throat, congested sinuses with drainage. Running a low grade fever. Was able to be seen that morning. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what I was saying. Left with meds to be picked up at the pharmacy.

The receptionist helping me was nice. She asked about my deductible and I was not 100% sure. She called someone to help because she is not normally at the front and the lady on the other line was anything but polite and helpful. I said I had met my deductible for the plan year and I was unsure of my copay because of this. The receptionist relayed this information to her, to which she replies "that is BS there is no way she could have met her deductible in 2 1/2 weeks." At this point I chimed in and said my deductible rolls over in March not January and I met the deductible due to having a baby and our deductible has a rollover clause. The lady on the phone was not believing what I said and had the girl at the desk call another person. This person looked into it and saw that I had indeed met my deductible as I had stated and that it does in fact roll over in March not January. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and helpful but the woman on the first call was ABSOLUTELY rude and her comments were uncalled for. I did not hear her name but I am highly upset by her attitude and lack of customer service!!

They were very courteous and i found out what was going on with my ears and got medicine to make it better!!!

The staff all the way from Micah at the front desk to Darby and Maile in the back were so super friendly! Adam was great and super thorough in his exam and had a smile on his face that made me feel at ease with everything. Would 10/10 recommend Quick Visit Urgent Care!

My son and I woke up with flu/strep like symptoms. They were overwhelmed today at urgent care but they were kind and joked with my son a bit. They were quick and thorough and they were kind. He got an IV (she got his small veins with 1 stick) and some meds and was so much better! They even got us a phone charger so he could pass time watching videos!

I was in town with my sister running errands. Quick Care had 1 car in the parking lot so I asked my sister to drop me off. I arrived at 1:00 and was out the door at 1:25.  I had been sick for 3 weeks and my sinus head congestion just was not going away. Can’t breathe through the nose. She prescribed Amoxicillin and I was on my way to pick up prescription. Wonderful, easy visit.

They were very busy and they let me know the status when I arrived which I appreciated. I ran some errands and they text me when things slowed down. The care here is excellent!

Took care of everything I needed, no fuss. Short waiting time.

I had hives for 2 days and woke up with my eye swelling. I made an appointment online first thing in the morning and was seen so fast! Staff Malia was wonderful! Very informative and great treatment! I was already feeling better a few hours after leaving! Thank you!
