Had set an appointment for my 16 yr old filled all the paper work out online with my id pics and medical. Was trying to be charged 35$. Then waited almost an hour after my appointment to be seen just to have to have another signature to be done. We just left. To much hassle .

Every staff we encountered here was phenomenal. The provider did wonderful with my daughter who has medical anxiety and becomes very tearful easily. 5/5 we will definitely be using them in the future!

I scheduled my appointment online for 1:20. I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour and forty minutes before I even got called back to be seen. They didn't do any tests on me but did prescribe me an antibiotic. The staff was friendly but the wait time was excessive.

The practitioner that I saw was amazing. My symptoms were addressed immediately and with urgency. My prescription was called into the pharmacy quickly and I was able to pick it up before closing as my visit was late in the afternoon. I will definitely visit again if the need arises!

the girl at the front desk was very kind, the nurse who did my weight and blood pressure was super nice as well, made me feel comfortable, i have bad anxiety when i go to the doctors and she was cracking jokes and making me feel better. the actual doctor was so nice too, made me feel comfortable and helped asses my problem and listened to everything i had to say. 10/10 best quick visit i’ve been too!

Out of their control but wait time was long due to a woman trying to figure out billing and then needed to vent. But overall great experience. Very personable.

When feeling sick the wait time is overwhelmingly long. It continues at the pharmacy waiting for the prescription to be sent. A written or phone script would be quicker. The staff is empathetic, helpful, and thorough. If you go, you will receive helpful care, but plan to be there longer than expected, one hour minimum.

I was the second person in the door after they opened and I was still there over an hour. It seemed like the provider didn't read any of the nurse's notes and I had to go over everything again with her. She seemed rattled and distracted. She listened to my lungs, and looked in my nose, ears and throat. She then asked me what I thought I had and what works best to treat it. I was tested for nothing and sent out the door with a prescription.
