The staff at QV Washington took great care of me when I had a construction injury and needed stitches. The provider was professional and courteous the whole time as I do not do well with needles.  Highly recommend.

Scheduled online for routine urgent care issue and had a great experience.  Front desk and MA team were kind, friendly and efficient.  The NP was wonderful, warm and knowledgeable about Women’s health.  She provided cost transparency for lab work, helped with RX cost information. Was in and out very quickly and was impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend the provider and the clinic

Had an appointment at 10:00. their were 4 walk ins ahead of me, that were seen before me. So my question is as an established patient at that clinic, is this something that I will run into at every visit? Other then that staff was very friendly and thorough!

Took my 5 month old baby to quick care in Washington, IA roughly 30 minutes before closing time and the staff was amazing. The provider was friendly and compassionate. The whole staff stayed late and did not seem annoyed. I was hesitant on going as I didn’t have a good experience with Mt Pleasant’s quick care years ago. Very impressed with this one. Would definitely go back and recommend the provider I saw.

Our baby has a double ear infection. It has happened before and we went through 3 antibiotics before we got one that worked(cefdinir). 3 rounds of antibiotics landed us in the ER with her the first time getting fluids because of throwing up so many times due to them being hard on her stomach. Fast forward to now. Double ear infection, let the provider know only one antibiotic works for her. She prescribes one that doesn’t. (Can’t they see in the system she was there 3x and it kept coming back?) anyways, now 5 days in to the antibiotic that is known not to work, the provider won’t even talk to me over the phone, just the receptionists and she won’t change the antibiotic. My child is screaming in pain if she isn’t on Tylenol AND ibuprofen and has a diaper rash so bad from the diarrhea from the antibiotic that her rash is bleeding even with putting heavy diaper rash cream every time. I will be going to University of Iowa to get the right antibiotic because I trust them to make better decisions for the safety and care of my child. I can’t even explain how upset I am at this and it’s worse every time I have to hear my poor baby scream in pain and is inconsolable. Very disappointed.
