The front desk guy talks bad and degrading about the people who take you to the exam room, over charges you for the visit and is just unprofessional. Over all the experience was the worst.

Literally had the FNP tell me that my daughter isn’t allergic to penicillin and then send in a script for amoxicillin. Umm… that’s a lawsuit just waiting to happen!

Sitting in front of the office and no one is here at 6pm at night. Lights are off and door is wide open. I called the police. I hope not one is in there hurt.

WORTHLESS excuse for a “health care” facility. Dr did not listen at all. Almost immediate after coughing IN FRONT OF HER she said, well since you don’t have a cough … WTF! A Dr’s listening skills should be posted so you know ahead of time what to expect. Then she went on for several minutes arguing with me that the cough was my fault since I know I have allergies! Absolute WORST "doctor" & facility I've ever been to. BTW, then they submitted tests to insurance that were never executed - I refused the test!

Apparently you cannot take 1 year olds here. My wife and one year old son were turned away.

Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Test results took a week longer than they told me they would.

Worst experience ever. Run and go somewhere else. They are a waste of time.

Test results for anything that has to be sent out will be weeks to get and when you call to check on the status they say just wait longer. I asked which labs they used and they said they didn’t know?

Avoid! They don’t call you in a timely manner with your results. I received unnecessary medical treatment and they (angrily )reported my results to me in a public space and violated my HIPPA rights! If you are wondering where your test results are, you’ll have to just walk in and unfortunately demand them

I went and had a covid test done on Friday. In there text it states results in 10. So the women who gave the test said it would be back Saturday or Sunday. It is impossible to reach the front desk. You leave message they dont call back. The girl at front desk just said they will call you when the results are back. I called yesterday and was told 48 hours from when you have the test. Then today its 3 to 5 days. Somebody needs to talk at give one answer to whom is waiting. All clinic just let the phone ring and ring then you get a recording you have request call back. I have serious medical issues so the results are important to me.
