This is an excellent place to get excellent health care. Dr Madrid is my doctor and if I could give 10 stars I would.

Those ratings must be old, I have used my same Primary doctor for years and have always had a pleasant experience.

I will NEVER come here again. This place has the WORST customer service and ZERO accountability. I scheduled my appointment with a receptionist and she CLEARLY said my appointment was scheduled for today at 9am. I walk into their office in Menifee at 8:57am (I literally looked at my phone as I was walking in to check the time) and Janette was working the front desk and when I asked to check in she said that my appt was scheduled for 8:45am and I'm late. I explained to her, first of all, I'm not late my appt is at 9am and on top of that your policy has a 15 min grace period. She then went to the back and said she spoke to the officer manager Griselda and that she said they will no longer see me because I was late (when I never was late) Dr Rolondo Gutierrez REFUSED to speak with me and after making me wait another 30 min. Griselda comes back out with an attitude and says they are refusing to see me until they can check the cameras to make sure I was in within the 15 min grace period! Lol are you kidding me??? Wow this place is a JOKE! The cameras will CLEARLY show that I was well within the grace period but at this point they are just doing this out of spite! I will NEVER come back here again!
