The doctor quickly diagnosed my problem & wrote prescription. I feel much better just know what was wrong & that there is a cure!

I was able to schedule an appointment online on a Sunday without any problem. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and very and accommodating.

The only way to check in is to have a phone.If my elderly father needs to check in through his phone he would not be able to. That is a big minus. Front desk lady was not friendly at all.The nurse and the .doctor were fine and polite.Waiting time was ok.Rooms weer clean. Overal my experience was good.I would come back if I need to.

I had a fever that was not going away for 3 days and needed to see a doctor. I scheduled the meeting specifically for this reason, when I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, the girls at the reception was normal, not super friendly but friendly enough. I was asked to fill the needed documents although I was at the sane location before, but fir some reason they were not able to locate my records. After that I was called by the nurse, she start asking me questions like why you are here, I told her I have fever and I have swollen on my left elbow, she asked me do you want us to check for the fever or the elbow, it was a weird question, I told her I am telling you everything in case they are related !!!! Then she asked me if I want to be tested for covid, flu and strip, I asked her if these tests are covered by my insurance, her unfriendly answer was you need to know, call your insurance, I don't know, each patient is different, I told her normally when I visit any doctor and they offer me any procedure they tell me if it is covered by my insurance or not, to just move on I told her I do not want any test you are not sure it is covered by my insurance and I am.nit going to call my insurance now and wait for an answer. Knowing this is now a lost money fir the business she went to the reception asked and came back withing 5 min and informed me all 3 testes are covered. She took the test, and then told me she will take my vital signs, mered my blood pressure and oxygen rate and that was it, she did not take my tempretyre, and remember I was there for high fever.she asked me to wait and said the AP will be here to see me shortly, after may be 15 min he came ge was nice, checked my longs, elbow ears and told me everything looks good and that he will give me over the counter cream for armpit itching sensation I had. I told him what about the fever, he said you don't have fever, I told him how do you know he said your fever is 96.6 I asked how do you know, he showed me the firm the nurse filled and she had 95.6 as if she measured it. I told him how did she know without taking my temp he said are you sure she did not take it I told him I am sure, he did not believe me saying me be I did not notice, I told him may be but I know I have fever, so he went out got the thermometer and measured my temp, and sure enough it was 102.4, he then said let's check your throat and said I have infection and prescribed Antibiotics for me !!! Very disappointed how this is looked at by individuals sometime with disregards to the patient health and safety!!!

The Doctor and staff here were very kind and attentive to our needs.  The office and examining rooms very clean.  They were very prompt and thorough with the exam.  I would highly recommend this Rapid Immediate Care to anyone needing a Doctor in a hurry!
