I was only displeased with the wait time. I was called after a woman who came in after me. We were the only 2 waiting to be seen. Her son’s scratch marks from what looked like a fight were not serious. I had a deep cut on my hand & was suffering from Vertigo & needed to get back home asap. I’m 74 & the kid looked about 13. He was stuffing his mouth with fast food from mom.

I never had a problem seeing Dr Okonta, he's always very caring and attentive and friendly. I definitely billed a rapport with him. One of my favorite doctor besides my primary care. The medical assistant are very friendly as well.

My daughter had a fever at school and I took her to Rapid MD to get checked out. We received quick quality care by the receptionist, nurses, and doctors. The doctor ran tests to see if my daughter had any sicknesses and she was negative for all. Doc wrote me a letter to be out of work for the day and wrote a letter for my child to okay her going back to school the next day. Thankful for their level of expertise and care. Would definitely recommend.

Shouldn’t take a long time to check Medicare benefits/active. It’s crazy they have to do that over the phone instead of with a computer system to see benefits/active in order to be seen, it took forever. Other than that they were amazing.

The provider was very kind as always . There was one MA that was somewhat rude and didn’t know what she was doing . She needed help from the other girls in the office to read a test

Staff was terrible, front desk receptionist thinks she’s an insurance specialist and knows nothing. I’m not going to pay a few because you can’t verify insurance when I’m showing you an insurance card. Chairs were broken and dirty looking, they haven’t been cleaned probably since the place opened. Even if they could verify the insurance I wouldn’t walk in there ever in my life.
