Was able to schedule a tele visit during some harsh weather.   I had a bad cough and congestion.   The doctor was fast, efficient and very helpful in getting me the prescriptions I needed.   I highly recommend the service.

Woke up this morning and booked the appointment for urinary track issues quite easily.  The provider was able to diagnose and treat the issue, while back checking with an in person urine same.  Great service, highly recommended.

Had a low-grade fever and chest congestion. Was look for a antibiotic script. Sceduling was quick and easy, but after waiting 20 min i called to see if there was a problem. Waited another 10 minutes and then spoke to Brittany. Brittany was delightful and very helpful but the virtual meeting software kept freezing and we had ro switch to a call. Virtual software needs alot of work!

Excellent care. Very helpful with my lack of computer savvy. Everyone so friendly.

I waited about 20 minutes due to miscommunication. My physician thought I was in person when I was virtual. However, she was very attentive and helpful when she saw that I was in fact virtual. She answered my questions and gave me recommendations for how to best proceed. I would recommend this provider again!
