I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly at 1:30.  We arrived and checked in right on time, but then waited 15 minutes to be called back. The nurse suggested two tests that usually take at most twenty minutes. After 45 minutes, I went to ask for where the doctor was. After another ten minutes, she finally came in.  It was the longest time there ever for not a very complicated situation.  When I stepped out to get help, literally everyone was standing and laughing at the other nurses station.  It was infuriating.  I hope the next experience is better!

Came home from work to find my son not feeling good and running a high fever. I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes. It was very easy to schedule and we waited maybe 10 min from check in to be seen. The staff was very caring and and concerned about my son and his fever. They took great care of him and tested him for flu, Covid, and strep. Within 15 minutes we had the results and provider was able to correctly prescribe the appropriate medications and ease our concerns. I highly recommend Rapid Med.

My first time to visit here. I was referred by a friend. I felt awful all day and decided to stop fighting it on my own. The scheduling on line was a breeze and the entire staff provided excellent care.  I highly recommend them and when needed, I will come back.  Thank you for getting me in on such short notice!

Felt a little off this morning and after talking to friends who encouraged me to get help NOW, I got online and booked an appointment within an hour. Checked in online, answered all questions, walked in and no sooner sat down and turned a page in a magazine when a nurse called me back. She quickly took my vitals, asked questions, listened intently, then told me I would be seen in a few minutes.  Boy, she no sooner left when a physician assistant came in and quickly asked for testing and within 30 minutes of walking in I was walking out with prescription called into my pharmacy.  Now that’s service. And the smile came naturally! I will go back.

Went to bed with a dry weezy cough Monday night and ran fever most all night. I woke up Tuesday morning and booked an appointment for 11:00am. Everyone was great from m the receptionist to the nurse and lastly the PA. It was a great experience as usual. Thank you. I will share this experience with everyone I know.

I was so thankful to get in and get what I needed to feel better! As a busy mom we don’t have time to feel bad! The staff were all super friendly and detailed. Thank you so much!

Attentive, smiling, super friendly staff. Doctor, nurse and X-ray staff very down to earth and makes you feel at ease! Large, clean examination rooms. Even had a small couch and a couple of chairs!! Wow! I hope to never need them again…but if something bad happens, hope I can go there!
