Great job by all in fixing my banged up left forearm.

Covid symptoms required I go to doctor.  No help at all from urgent care. After being there for over an hour I left with no treatment and they were not busy    I will Never go there again    Zero stars.

Thankful for the quick service at this urgent care. I was feeling so awful, but it was extremely helpful to be in and out. The staff was wonderful and the doctor truly understood my concern. I’m already starting to feel better. Thank you!

Everyone was absolutely wonderful, even with so many people there right before they closed, they had smiles and were so kind. We will always come here.

Fast and friendly. Was there upon opening left with a flu diagnosis. Meds sent asap. To my pharmacy.

Woke up with flu symptoms on Wednesday. Did not get better so I got a walk-in appointment on Saturday. Everyone was friendly, and cared for my well-being. I had to wait one hour before being called back to the exam room. The nurse came to check my vitals right away and swabbed me. I had to wait for those test results, before the doctor came in to see me. The doctor was thorough in her examination, asking me lots of questions, and gave me an appropriate treatment. Aside from the long wait time, I was pleased with this service, and would recommend this provider.

The wait time to be seen was told to me up front, but considering there were 3 other people in the lobby and the time of year it is, that was to be expected.  It didn’t seem as long as it was thanks to a movie playing.  The office staff were helpful when the iPad wasn’t working right initially once I made it to an exam room but they quickly figured out why and I had no trouble finishing the questionnaire.  The nurse and doctor were both efficient, polite, and kind.  I purposely go to this location rather than one of the other bazillion urgent care locations around my area.

Woke up not feeling well. Was able to book appointment online. The woman at the front counter was very rude. After checking myself in at the kiosk, she rudely told me “you’re going to wait 1 hour and 1.5 hours”. I found that to be very rude and uncalled for. She could’ve expressed the long wait in a much different manner and tone. After waiting, once in the room, the MA and Doctor were very friendly and had a great bedside manner. If I could skip the front counter, I would definitely come again

As a first time mom and single mom coming across things that I have never encountered, they never make me feel less than for coming in for something that isn't an emergency. I really appreciate the staff for being so kind to my son and I.
