Very friendly staff. Made the appointment painless, easy and quick

Everything was very nice but I did notice that the nurses aide that came in an took my blood pressure and my initial information was not wearing a name tag. But she was professional.  Overall experience was great. Very little wait time. Thank you!!

I came in , was greeted and sent to the back, filled out information, the Doctor and Nurses were kind , friendly and made me feel a whole lot better.  I truly recommend Urgent Care as opposed to ER, with something of this nature. Woke up this morning not feeling well. I was able to walk in and get an appointment. I was seen in a timely manner. Staff was very professional.

Woke up this morning with right side facial pain and swollen lymph node bad headache and ear pain! The staff was friendly -the nurse was very compassionate and caring! The doctor was courteous and caring to my needs!

Always great care! Tara, NP is fantastic. Sara at the front desk is always friendly and goes above a beyond for her patients. Kimber and Grace were excellent. Will be back.

The visit was quick however it was difficult getting my prescription filled. I called the urgent yesterday and was told it was faxed. I checked with the pharmacy  again later and the prescription wasn’t in the system. I called urgent care whom said they faxed it. I checked the pharmacy today and still no prescription. I phoned the urgent care today about the prescription they stated they faxed it twice,we compared numbers for accuracy the numbers were correct. The young lady said they would call the pharmacy. I checked the pharmacy ten minutes later they said the urgent care never called and they had to call them. I’m dissatisfied with having to go back and forth to get a prescription filled. I’ve been to this urgent care before and it wasn’t this difficult to get a prescription filled.

I had swelling in my wrist and hands. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable about my condition.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.  Check-in was timely and convenient. The physician listened and addressed my health issue.  He was also very thorough. I highly recommend Rapid Urgent Care at the Amite location.
