Super!!

I was not seen due to an insurance issue from years ago.

I am a returning patient but every time I go to Rapid Urgent they make me pay for my covid test. Last time they reimbursed me for all the over payments. Yet, when I went back the front desk person (after making me wait for 45 mins) told me that I have to pay $120, I told them I didn't have to and gave them my insurance info. It ended up they had 2 open accts under my name. And they just kept on charging me as a new patient. I even had to fill out paper work all over again, even though I had done it online through the solv app. These people are very disorganized and all they care about is money. Go somewhere else.

staff and doctor were very nice but seemed very all over the place. I sat in an empty room on a fold out chair and it seemed sketchy. Wasn't handed a discharge note and they didn't send my medicine to my pharmacy.

I have visited this urgent care facility twice and have found the standard of care to be excellent. Wait times are long, but that is the day and time we live in during a pandemic where there are higher than normal patients requiring care.

The wait was sooo long for rapid results. Over an hour wait for a rapid test. Dr not onsite and has to complete a Telehealth with you. Staff was nice but having to wait on the “online doc,” was brutal.

Reception and nurse staff had little to no bedside manner and repeatedly gave me the wrong information. I came in for a COVID test and eventually got my results, as staff wheeled in an iPad to teleconference with doctor. He tells me I’m negative but refers to me by the wrong name and I realize they’ve given me the wrong patient’s results. I tell the doctor my name and he informs me I actually tested positive, and the nurse goes to get my correct paperwork. The doctor is giving me quarantine directives when the nurse comes in, unceremoniously puts my paper on the table before quickly walking off saying “you’re good to go”. Turns out my test was actually negative and they had given the doctor the wrong patient information. SO confusing and misleading. With them mixing up my paperwork and doctors advice, I wouldn’t be surprised if they mixed up my swabs too. Much shorter wait time than other nearby urgent care centers but I will be going elsewhere next time I need testing done.

Very friendly and attentive staff, informed of policies and wait times in a courteous manner. Wait time was very short.
