I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, it turned out to not be that long. I was glad of that. The staff didn’t seem friendly at ALL.

Woke up with a rash. Walked in to lobby at 1. Was called to exam room about 1:47. Dr came in around 3:00. Dr on duty said he didn’t know what it was or anything. He said they are not a skin dr (dermatologist). Gave steroid shot and called in some cream. Said if it gets worse to go to er but he didn’t know how to treat it

Took my son in to check his cough. All test results were negative. The check in staff and nurses were great. The doctor was not so great, He came in and immediately stated he felt my child had reflux. I have 4 kids and knew this wasn’t reflux. He stated there was no medication that could be given to my child and that I take him to his pediatrician to check reflux. He was going to send me on my way, but I had to ask can you check his ears? I don’t understand why this wouldn’t be a normal procedure to check ear, nose, throat but I had to request it. Then the dr tells me children don’t cough from an ear infection. He checks ears and states they were really red but not infected. At this point I had already waited an hour in a half for a dr to barely check my son I was over it and wanted to go home. I took him into another clinic immediately after and he tested positive for RSV and had a double ear infection. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I have never had such low quality service at this urgent care and felt I should report it.  This man was adamant my son looked fine and had reflux. Didn’t even want to do an exam at all! I understand there could have been a false negative for the RSV, but my child clearly had a double ear infection that this dr couldn’t see. I don’t know how he missed the bags under his eyes either as he stated over and over he looked fine.
