Wait time was not long for amount of people needing to be seen. Doctor assessed my needs and gave me a steroid shot for my full body rash. Process was professional, quick and efficient.

The doctor seem to have more jokes than concerns and let me know there not ER which I was aware of that. Made it seem as my symptoms was nothing to him and asked what did I expect him to do. That was the whole purpose of the visit. So if he had to ask me that makes me feel did I make the wrong choice to come. When I swallow and my chest hurts concerns me even though I tested negative for everything. And I’m not feeing well with any symptoms showing up. But he should be more professional and less comical I didn’t find it funny at all when I’m not feeling my best. I never got that experience and this was not my first visit

Staff over all was friendly Dr wasn’t satisfied with he didn’t take no time to carefully examine and know what was going on with my son he was in the room about 5 mins if that look in my sons ears and nose told him they was ok in color and said to use eye drops and even can use plain water in the eyes which is not a good Dr in my opinion plain water burns the eyes and causes  irritation did not give my son a diagnosis of any kind what he put in his chart we don’t know. This same Dr was not that great with myself when I was in a few days earlier. We have a hard time to get in with our pcp which would be our first choice considering we get better care then this Dr gives and co pay is cheaper this isn’t a specialist by no means so having to pay a 55$ specialist company it’s a rip off

Battling a chest cold for over a week, I finally dragged myself into Rapid Urgent Care in Bogalusa, LA. It wasn’t my first time there but every visit is excellent. The staff is friendly and caring. The physicians are knowledgeable, compassionate, and great about taking their time to listen & work with you to get your health back on the right track. I highly recommend them & will continue to use them whenever a visit to my PCP is too difficult to make.
