Felt like I was a burden to the doctor and felt like the doctor was very dismissive. Felt very rushed out of the office.

Staff: 4 stars because the staff, and one particular girl (wish I got her name because she was amazing) was overall professional. I took a star off because I was directed to go to the "door that's open" to exit, which the only door I saw open resulted to be the Doctor's office. The staff giggled, which yeah is funny, but please giggle after because I really felt like !@#$% and after 2 hours of waiting, and experiencing a Doctor with the worst bedside manners, I was feeling worse than I did when I got there & the giggling was my 13th reason. In hindsight, yes it was funny, but please laugh once the patient exits. The wait time was to be expected considering the snow storm. Quality of Care & Beside Manners reflect the Doctor. He would not let me speak. I guess he was in a rush considering there's a lot of people to check out. However, I had been sick for about a week, and was really concerned with my chest pain, shortness of breath, and disorientated state, but was never given the chance to voice myself because the doctor would cut me off every time I spoke. Before leaving, a little bit of blood was coughed up on my mask, and my heart dropped. I've never done that before. It happend as the doctor was walking out, so I asked if that could've been from the excessive coughing, which he responded "yes" with an eyebrow raised and a sigh, as if I was annoying him. I checked his reviews afterwards and he doesn't have many, but the few that I found were all one star reviews. I'm not going to rate this doctor anywhere but on here for this to be on file for the staff to have. To be honest, I don't think the doctor will care about my feedback, but I hope he is different with his team because I couldn't imagine working under such a !@#$. I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone. I hope he gets some peace in wherever his life is lacking.

Arrived at the site about 4:45 pm on a Saturday with a swollen right hand from a fall the day before! I was told upon entering the building that all the exam rooms were filled and it may take a half hour to an hour to get into an exam room!   Through it all, and there was the delay that I had been informed of, many times the staff apologized and could not be anymore attentive!  They were all extremely polite and when I would apologize about keeping the staff longer, their unified response was that it was their job and for me not to feel badly! I had attended this facility several years ago and returned to this facility again because of my positive impression! Hopefully I don’t need their services in the near future, I would once again come to Rapid Urgent Care Covington!  Thank you!!

I waited a long time, over an hour, for the doctor to see me. Once she came in, she provided excellent care that solved my problem.

Check in was super easy and the staff at the window and the nurses were kind and courteous as my son and his father were also with me. After I was triaged and tests were run on me the doctor came into the room. The doctor that had seen me, Wiessman, was not very nice or friendly when it came to his entrance into the room, introduction, discussion of my symptoms and my results. He was not really kind in general and very stern when speaking, disregarding any sorts of questions. I was told I tested negative for everything, then asked to do a throat culture with no explanation of why and I was also put on antibiotics but was never told I had any sort of infection. I’ve been to this urgent care before when I was pregnant and was seen by a different doctor with better bedside manner. I do still recommend this one to friends despite this experience.
