Overall, the wait time was not bad. I waited 5 minutes to talk with the nurse, and another twenty minutes for the provider. The nurse was friendly and helpful. The provider wasn’t friendly, nor did I feel at ease, when speaking with him. The amount of time he took to address my concerns or ask questions, was less than two minutes. I would not recommend this provider for care (or lack there of).

I woke up today with symptoms of a sinus infection. I am visiting the area and don't have transportation. I was able to make a telehealth appointment within the hour and received a prescription for antibiotics. Staff was awesome, process was simple. I would highly recommend them.

My son and I both woke with swollen lymph nodes and post nasal drip. I personally woke w fever and a double ear infection. They saw us both and were able to get antibiotics over for us. We should be right as rain in no time. Always grateful and receive prompt and great treatment from this office . Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend rapid urgent care in Slidell. Needed attention for a cold that turned into a severe sinus infection.. (Did a virtual visit, video was a little troublesome, but the audio worked fine and was still able to complete the visit) The provider and staff were extremely courteous and professional, and very prompt. It was extremely easy scheduling and completing a virtual visit as well. I would highly recommend this urgent care center!!
