I had a migraine, sinus and ear infections with sore throat.  Tiffany was a doll.  She helped me with each and every step iof the way from helping me fill out paperwork on the tablet all the way through taking care of me medically. I have never met anyone as kind as she us, in the medical field.  Very happy with Tiffany and Dr. Melera always does a great job of taking care of me too.  I was so happy and satisfied with the care I received.

I was a walk in checking was fast and courteous . The nurse and Doctor was nice and friendly and explained my test results . I would come back and send family and friend’s over to this clinic.

I scheduled an appointment the night before. Scheduling was easy. I choose Rapid Urgent Care over the other facilities in the area because they take their time to explain your diagnosis to you. And they give you the chance to ask questions if you wish. I will easily recommend Rapid over others because of their quality of care!

This was my second time going to this Urgent Care. They handled everything with care and efficiency. I was very panicked both times and both times the staff reassured me with detailed information. I am happy to know that this facility is to save the day where I might need it.

Was told they could not do imaging for kidney stone at check in. No problem they said they could test through urine and blood. Dr refused to take any samples. Waste of time and money won’t be back

I went to them and I get the same service everytime I go there. You may not see the same doctor everytime you go there but you get the same friendly service from whoever is there.

The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help me! They are amazing!

Every time I visit this clinic, I always have a pleasant experience, which is a lot to say considering when I visit it is because I'm unwell! The receptionist is always kind and pleasant. The nurses are always friendly and respectful. The doctor that treated me the last two times treats you like a person. She explains everything well and actually discusses treatment options to make you aware of any side effects, etc. I really appreciate this clinic.
