Brought my 6 year old in for fever and complaint of earache to Slidell Rapid Urgent Care. All of the staff, front desk and Bethany in the back were incredibly helpful. I forgot her insurance card, but they assured me it wasn't a problem since we'd been there before. We got there at 1p and were seen by 1:10p. Once we got in the room, there was little to no wait for Dr. Melara to come see us. My daughter has seen him before, and was very impressed that he remembered her! His bedside manner is always great, and he was so gentle and reassuring that she would be better in no time. Dr. Melara is her favorite now!

The guy at the front desk was amazing. The nurse was amazing. But dr.edwards wouldn't listen to me.. he made assumptions. I would not recommend dr.edwards. I have been going to this office for years and have never been treated like that by a provider there.
