The staff is always friendly and helpful. The nurses, MAs & PAs take time to answer questions and discuss appropriate plans for treatment.  Only one PA was offended when I asked for information regarding treatment and guidelines. I believe that she used poor judgment in recommending treatment as a response to her resentment. This situation seems to have been resolved.
