There was somewhat of a language barrier with the physician.  It was difficult understanding some of her words due to the heavy accent.  At my request, she wrote down what I could not understand.

RapidClinic was very convenient and easy to get an appointment, it is great if need to get in right away.  However, the Dr didn't even examine me, she simply did a Covid and flu test, told me I didn't have either of those and was sending me on my way.  I had to ask for her to come back in the room and at least look at me.  I was running a fever of 102 for multiple days, coughing, congested, multiple symptoms so obviously something was wrong.  She literally stood and front of me and started questing.  I finally said "maybe I have a sinus infection", her reply was you might because you have a fever so how about a z-pack?   Geesh!!

Weslyn was so great!! She was so so good and thorough. We enjoyed her and she made it a good visit.

Decided at last minute to make an appointment and got in! Julia was at the front desk and was so professional and friendly. She works quick but very detailed. I left but decided to turn around to tell her that she was exceptional and I appreciated her friendly and professionalism.

Was able to walk in and get seen very quickly, very nice staff!

I am visiting here from out of state and I was very happy to find out that my HEB now has a clinic even happier they accepted my Insurance. I was not feeling well at all. I was in and oot in less than 30min. I felt that the Dr listened to me and gave high quality care. So I saw the Dr. grabbed some groceries while waiting for my prescriptions and on my way within an hour. Definitely recommend!!!
