Had a fever for 4 days. Went in to get tested was quickly processed by the front staff. Can’t remember her but she was friendly and helpful. In the examination room again very efficient processing prior to doctor visit. Dr was great answered all of the questions I had

Had a very sore throat and heavy head and walking was not stable.  HEB Rapid Clinic tested for Covid and strep throat.  Negative on both. Liquid in ears causing unstable walking and sinus drainage causing sore throat. I had no wait time and thought the doctor was very thorough! HEB is my go to place for spontaneous illnesses and infections!

My daughter recommended this clinic. I was taken care of very quickly. I like being able to register online so I didn’t have to do it at the clinic. The staff is very professional and friendly. I recommend it.

The office staff was late to arrive and, while she was mostly friendly, was a but rude with her words. Provider barely looked at my throat and didn't even check the lymph nodes in my neck after I reported that they were tender.  Overall, I got quick care but not necessarily quality care. I will not be repeating care at this facility.

Had been battling allergies which turned into a sinus infection.  This was my 1st time for the Rapid clinic.    I walked in, was checked in quickly and had hardly a waiting period.    I was impressed with the staff and definitely would recommend this provider.  Glad to be on the mend today!

Great visit. My health issue could have quickly escalated to a major infection requiring hospitalization (as it has in the past) but due to their prompt attention, I will be fine. I highly recommend this clinic! Very professional and friendly.

I went to receive help for an infected dog bite. When I saw the doctor, she told me the nurse would be in to clean the wound. When the nurse came in, she said the Dr told her to put a bandage on it and give me a shot. The wound was stinking and green with pus running out of it. I firmly believed it needed to be cleaned.

Care for my daughter was exceptionally amazing but the patient rooms could do with a deep clean. Would I come back? Absolutely.
