Today was the third time that I have visited RapidDoc Urgent Care. This is by far the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. It’s conveniently located in the Miracle Mile. Parking is easy. The office is so beautiful and so clean. Booking an appointment online is so easy. Itzef at the front desk welcomed me with such a friendly demeanor. Jonathan, who is amazing took my vitals and got me situated in an exam room. Minutes later, Catherine, who is a PA was amazing, great listener, so knowledgeable and just right down sweet as can be. After a thorough evaluation, it turns out I had a sinus infection. They took care of ordering the prescription at my local pharmacy. The print out I received explained everything that was discussed. It’s never fun not feeling well and trying to find great healthcare when can’t get into your primary physician. However, RapidDoc Urgent Care sure helps to relieve the anxiety and knowing that you are receiving top notch healthcare. Thanks to all the great folks at RapidDoc Urgent Care. I appreciate your expertise.

I was sick for a few days then noticed bumps on my hands and was told it was nothing by the doctor. I had hand foot and mouth disease and am irritated that the doctor was unable to recognize it leaving me with no answers. I as the patient should not be able to diagnose myself better than the doctor. This was a disappointing experience.
