I went to the drive thru testing center right outside of the Kroger near the Chase Bank in Riverdale on last Sunday.. today is Monday which is EIGHT days later and I still don’t have my results. I need a test to go back to work and I have not heard from anyone

My husband and I have been using RAS over a year for bi weekly monitoring for Covid. Their process is simple and easy and I never really had any problems until recently. We submitted our sample on Wednesday and as always it can take up to 72 hours(sometime less) but today is Sunday and still no results. I’m disappointed with the wait time! We’ve had symptoms since Tuesday and we were exposed to someone whose results came back positive (from another facility). We’ve been so sick. Just waiting for results!

I had a good experience with wait times and with the staff. When asked when I would get the results, I was told in 3 business days, I could not complain. What disappointed me is I also had my two grand babies tested, I received the youngest child test results but still waiting on the oldest child. I sent email but have not received a reply. I guess 3 of the same family were yo many at one time.

Easy access, simple instructions the results were there in two days and this was over the weekend.Plus it was free.

I took my test last week I was told i should wait 2or 3 business days . Now here it is Saturday with no results. Smh

No one answers a phone to assist clients when they need help. During a stressful time such as this, this is really insensitive.

i was told that my results would be available in 24 hours and its now been 48 hours no results and when i try to contact the facility i get no response!

The staff is friendly, I feel safe and my results come back quickly.
