This place sucks and not 1 person has yo come to help me I have a fucking 2/2 hour wait I’m in pain. No fucking compassion.

I had positive care myself, but as my wife was waiting for me, she was telling me of a very disheartening experience at your facility. A gentleman came in asking for a nurse, as he felt his wife was having a stroke. The girl at the desk instructed him to go to the kiosk and enter all necessary information. She did ask the man for his wife's name. I felt there was no compassion at all for this man, who evidently was in turmoil. Don't you think that ReadyMed could get all there information after evaluating the person in dire need This all took place on Wednesday, January 25 2023 at aproximately 11:15 a.m. Makes us wonder how often this happens???

I was required to check in using a touch screen. What a stupid idea! Everyone got exposed to all the germs everyone else had! The NP turned her back to me, and focused her attention on a computer, instead of on me, for a long time. She didn't listen to what I said, and was patronizing. She didn't do anything to help me, because she ignored what I said the problem was. She treated me like I was an idiot.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and thorough. They got me in and out pretty quickly, especially considering all the tests that they did. Thanks for the great service! It's good to know that there's a reliable Ready Med I can go to whenever necessary. It's much appreciated.

Lack of empathy and lack of listening.

One of the worst medical facilities I have ever been to. The staff are very rude and unprofessional.

While self-quarantining after recent travel I woke up at midnight with a 100.2 temperature with substantial chills and aches. Because of COVID-19, as directed by all authorities when this symptom occurs, I called Reliant Auburn where my PCP is. I talked with a nurse and we decided I would call back if symptoms worsened, and otherwise I would call ReadyMed Plus when they opened in the morning. The person I talked to when I called ReadyMed Plus was inexplicably rude and seemed to be set on making me feel bad. I wasn't sure what I had done to deserve their ire, as I was simply contacting medical health professionals as directed. I was derided for having called Reliant overnight at 12:30am because it was the middle of the night (she later acknowledged that was indeed what I was supposed to do. When I mentioned I had called Reliant the night before, they argued with me that I had called readymed aurburn, not reliant auburn. I guess I was transferred to nurse triage at readymed auburn. I had dialed reliant auburn on my phone, and I wasn't sure why she was short with me over this issue to begin with. I welcome ReadyMed to listen to the recording and maybe they want to play it here (minus my peronal info) to demonstrate the tone and disrespect I received. I could go on, but I should get back to caring for myself and my possible COVID-19 infection… 0 stars

I switched from reliant, they are the most unorganized understaffed facility there is.

The staff is amazing and truly very kind and courteous. God bless them all always. Thank you all so much for your service.
