I was suffering for a week with cough and cold. Tried to treat it myself but wasn't working so I decided to go to the redi care. I was expecting it to be busy but there was only 1 other person in waiting room. I was in and out with 20mins with script for antibiotics. The female Dr was very nice and patient.

We came in at 9:30-10 am and left at nearly 1. They urged to call our insurance and add them as PCP even though our insurance’s policy doesn't require to have a PCP in order to be tended to. We waited almost an hour to be called on, and then they finally did (it’s a walk-in clinic) they put us all in a room (3 people), which I found a bit strange considering the amount of rooms there was, but didn’t mind because I understand they were probably short staffed and the rooms can be used with other patients. After taking our BP and temperature, we were told that a doctor would see us shortly. We waited for over an hour before finally walking out, and they hadn't even noticed, there were no doctors or nurses in sight. The people that had signed up after us were already gone/tended to and at this point it felt as if they had forgotten that we were still there, still waiting. It was very unprofessional; I understand that there is an influx of patients and stress being put on healthcare workers at the moment, but a near two hour wait for a doctor is a bit too much, especially when other patients that came after us were being tended to first. It was a waste of time and insurance money. Do yourself a favor and find a clinic that actually cares about their patients.
