My daughter woke up feeling sick so we scheduled an appointment online. The wait time was less than 15 minutes once we arrived and she was seen with care and speed once we got into the exam room. Laura always gives my children excellent care and her bedside manner is incredible. We are considering switching to their primary care side as we have been so impressed with every staff member there. Highly recommend this facility.

I fell in my driveway and injured my wrist. I was unsure about a fracture so easily made a timely appointment at RediCare Okemos to check things out. I typically choose this facility for urgent care and just as in previous visits, all of the staff I had contact with were friendly, concerned and professional. Wait time was minimal even for xray results. Highly recommend this medical facility for any urgent care needs.
