Office staff sucked, one stayed hidden behind 2 computor screens while the blonde bombshell tried to act like she knew what was going on, need new front people that at least act like the care. I'll go to Adams Memorial from now on its worth the drive....

More like NOTREDIMED. We arrived at Bluffton Redimed at 4:00 PM. They close at 6:00 PM. We were asked if we had an appointment and answered no. We were then told no one could see my wife that day even though the lobby was empty. So two hours until closing and three employees standing in the reception area doing nothing and no one else in the lobby waiting and we can't be seen that day because we don't have an appointment. Really, an appointment for urgent care? We will never go back to this worthless place again!

August 22nd 2021 my first visit to Bluffton redimed was awesome the receptionist was delightful to deal with the nurse was very knowledgeable and courteous and cheerful the physician assistant Joe was just wonderful he has a great passion for his career everyone was so very caring and professional yet very down to earth. I never met any of the staff at the Bluffton ready-med before but I guarantee that I will be going back to the Bluffton redimed.

The ladies at the front desk was rude as can be. They was yelling at me about my kids before I could even say anything to my kids.there are other ways of asking the parent to not let thier kids climb on the chairs. It was a soft yell either it was a loud and rude yell. They even yell at me because I have 2 insurances for my kids. Really!!! But on the other hand the nurses and doc was good.
