This place is horrible, the receptionists Pam n I think the other lady name is Jane , any way they were VERY RUDE n not welcoming. I was the only person of color in the lobby waiting to be seen. I Was never called after 3 hours of waiting n watching ppl that got there after me , come n go. I asked Jane that why wasn’t I being called? I thought they called ppl by order? She totally blew me off! We went back n forth n I finally left with out being seen! Ppl of color do not go here!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean with little wait time!!! Thanks

Not providing medical care based on vaccine status is criminal. Find another profession because care and compassion are not your strength. Over a so called vaccine that provides no lasting immunity nor does it prevent transmission. The definition of vaccine needed to be revised due to this so called vaccine’s shortcomings. What ever happened to providing the patient the best of care? This nurse must be affected by covid brain or brainless.

Outrageous. A nurse practitioner diagnosed a youth with an infection and refused him treatment bc he had not had the COVID shot. Shamefull! Do not support this facility.

The nurse practitioner at this facility refused to treat a minor because he didn’t get the Covid vaccine. This is so wrong and that NP needs to be fired immediately.

Just saw a video of an advanced practice nurse losing her mind over the fact that a patient she was seeing hadn't been vaccinated. Really?! What even can be said about her lack of ethics and her lack of information re: these vaccines and HOW THEY DON'T PREVENT CATCHING THE VACCINE OR TRANSMITTING IT! So WTH does it matter if her patient isn't covid vaccinated? And furthermore the patient is a young man (a minor judging by the video) and his risk of catching a life altering, of not life ending vmcase of myocarditis is greater than him dying from the virus. THEN your practitioner assaulted the mother who was taking the video!? Nice to know the caliber of practitioners you employ. Frankly she should go up against an ethics probe by her licensing entity. Shameful. I hope you realize this woman is mentally and emotionally unstable and frankly a danger to any patient who doesn't meet her expectations or personal standards. Disgusting.

There is an extremely disturbing video circulating on social media about this facility. It shows a nurse angrily refusing treatment to a child with an infection because the child is not vaccinated against COVID. Moreover, one of the staff members seems to agree with the nurse and attempts to forcefully remove the mother's cell phone as she records the incident.

The NP that refused to treat that boy in the video needs to be fired immediately.

It's absolutely despicable that a nurse practitioner at this facility refused service to a child with an infection because he wasn't vaccinated. I hope she loses her license and it prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I just saw a video of a mother with her son who had infection.The doctor learned child did not have covid vaccine and turned her back.walked away without a word denying furthercare for child!!! The mother tried to get answers but was rudely confronted by nurse who threatened to take her phone.I have never seen such callousness and meanspirited medical staff in my life.Apparently all the nurses and doctors who had integrity and goodness walked out leaving the dregs of medical personal.
