I did not get timely appointment, they wanted me to do paperwork again and had me stand in walk-in queue so I did not get tested due to long wait l, which I couldn’t have waited as they only had 1 person attending at the care center, I was about 1.5 hrs wait This facility is bad, receptionist has bad attitude, people poring in from airport with emergency need for test, it’s chaos No test was performed, please don’t charge insurance

I couldn't figure out how to get the Reliant website to accept my insurance so I called and they told me to book through Solv in order to submit my insurance. I booked my appointment. 24 hours prior to the appointment I got a text from Solv asking me to confirm. At the time of the appointment I got another text from Solv with a link to check in when I arrived. After checking in through Solv I went inside to ask how they would notify me when they were ready. I was told that they no longer book through Solv and that the appointment that I thought I had I didn't exist on their books. The walk-in wait was over 3 hours. If you don't use Solv, don't have your staff tell people to book through them. And Solv should stop taking bookings, sending confirmations and reminders!!

Terrible system. I signed up for an appointment and waited 30 mins after checking in remotely. Then I checked with staff how long it would take and was told 2+ hours. Horrible. Will never use again.

The wait times were ridiculous. I had an appointment at 9 am and didn’t get seen until 10:20 am. When I first arrived I was told it would be a 45 min wait. It seemed that those that were paying for service rather than going through insurance were getting the priority of service

Staff was surly, wait time was exorbitant, test results were promised after 1 hour I arrived 1.5 hours and was told the results were not ready and I had to wait they were bringing them out. This was a horrible expeience

I booked a COVID testing appointment ahead of time using Solv app, and completed the paperwork before the appointment time. When I showed up at the time of the appointment, I had to fill out the paperwork again and waited for 50 mins before my name was called. And the test took 2 mins! On top of that, I had to pay $5 parking even though the parking meter showed $4.70 and the urgent care applied a discount! This makes absolutely no sense!

I booked an appointment and got there and told it would be a 2 hour wait for a simple COVID test. After 15 minutes I looked up, booked, and went and got another test at a different place and got my results back and I still would have been waiting an hour here. At least tell me before making an appointment that it means literally nothing.

My experience was a complete waste of my time. I arrived 10 min early per Solv guidelines. Unfortunately it took me about 10 minutes to figure out where to park since there's no directions anywhere. I had a 12:00pm appointment and checked in on my phone at 11:59am. I walked in and stood in the wait line. I wasn't sure what to do after I checked in on my phone so I said I had a 12:00pm appointment. I was told to wait. After I waited my turn I was told to fill out paperwork even though I filled out the same paperwork online. They took my payment and ID, and was told to wait. I waited 30 minutes. I then realized that everything I did online was pointless. I could have just walked in at the same time and I would have had the same experience. I waited another 30+ minutes. I understand that things are crazy because of COVID but this place is poorly managed. Waiting over an hour for an appointment is not reasonable. Don't take any appointments if you can't manage them. I didn't have anymore time to waste so I had to leave. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

It was 10pm on a Friday night and I needed to see a Doctor. I looked online and randomly chose Reliant Urgent Care at LAX. I called several times and nobody answered. WTF? That doesn’t seem very Reliant to me. Not a good sign. I decided to go anyway. So, I went to Reliant LAX Urgent Care expecting the worst. The very worst. How could it not be? It's at LAX, right? Had to be All Bad. I was so WRONG. Filled out all the paperwork online before going. Walked in and the place was packed. Ugh! Went out to move my car, came back and was called 5 minutes later. NO long wait! No other paperwork! Nurse walked into the exam room behind me. Doctor walked in 5 minutes later. Explained everything thoroughly -answered all my questions. Less than 5 minutes later, the "Shot" guy jabbed me with a dose of Antibiotics --painlessly! and done! Every person that helped me was SUPER nice and knew how to do their job [for once]. Plus- the office was modern and nice and pleasant. ....and my visit was completely covered by insurance. (Medi Cal) I don't know these people and Nobody asked me to write this. We're all quick to rag about incompetent terrible service, but it's time people who do an outstanding job are commended. This was definitely not the grimey back alley morgue I convinced myself it was going to be. I’m so happy I chose this place. **My only complaint: Fix the phone system. Reliant Urgent Care has several locations and they all have the same phone number. It was impossible to call them to find out if they were open or if they could even help me; or if they would accept my insurance. Someone needs to answer the phone. In an urgent situation I need to speak to someone who can assure me they’re going to do whatever they can to help.
