My sister and I always send people your way for care, but warn them about the long waits.  It’s really unfortunate you don’t take my insurance on your primary side. 😢

Even though I had an appointment and there wasn't anybody in the waiting room I had to wait at least 30 minutes. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend

The appointment went fine. Very little waiting time and good service. No complaints there. But there is recurring a problem with the aftercare. Restore is an urgent care provider for the VA. As such they can write prescriptions for veterans to be filled at certain local pharmacies that work with the VA. But, the provider writing the prescription has to be on file with the VA. Apparently, Restore doesn’t keep up with their physicians list with the VA so prescriptions get denied by the VA when the veteran tries to pick it up because the provider is not recognized in the system. The VA has told me that it’s simple process for the urgent care clinic to update their providers into the system when they start working there. But it never seems to get done. I’ve had several prescriptions from various visits denied for that reason.
