Checkin was so so. I thonk she was mew so ok. Waited 30 m8n to be called even though i registered online. Nurse/tech was excellent. Dr was knowledgeable and caring. They forgot to call my prescription in. I called the next day so they could call it in. She called me back to verify what pharmacy. They still called it into the wrong Pharmacy.

Called to make a sick appt on pcp side.  Gave details of issue was told to make urgent care appt.  Get to urgent care they don’t see patient and send us to hospital.  Why wasn’t that just instructed from the beginning.   Patient had to wait in pain for over 12 hrs wait for this morning appt at urgent care.  Poor patient quality

I came in with a few issues minor issues due to my travel. They would assist me either. They instructed me to the emergency room. Even for a sore shoulder and swollen knee. They advertise they have Xray but did not assist. I understand my chest pain . Even though I thought they had an EKG machine . I went there to get an opinion before I scheduled with a specialist if needed . I thought that is what urgent care was for . Still charged me for the visit but sent me home . Never returning!

Easily scheduled appointment right after I picked up my child from school clinic. The assistant made my daughter feel more comfortable being there and the NP Patty was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable! THANK YOU!

Will not be returning. Was sent in with a recommendations based on my past medical history. The person that i saw completely disregarded all this advice. Gave me treatments that make me feel terrible, i feel ten times worse today. I requested a solumedrol injection so that my airways would open up and i could breathe. I was told NO to all my recommendations and given things that have a proven history of not working for me. What a complete waste of time and money. I haven't been able to sleep, my blood pressure is extreme due to coughing non stop. I was given a zpac, which as i told the provider, does not work for me. I was given cough medication that historically does NOTHING for me.  All of this is why I was sent in with recommendations. When the provider doesn’t listen to the patient and work WITH the patient, we all lose.

I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly. The staff was great both front office, and medical.

I was in pain from a fall. From the checking girl to the dr, tech, and everyone in between everyone was so very understanding and careful with me. I was very happy to have an urgent care dr that didn't rush me through and heard what I said.

Wait time was a bit long, many people sick, but besides that, service was good!

Anytime I’m sick or injured, which is often, Restore Health Urgent is always there to help and make me feel better. Most of the time the wait times are quick and the staff is amazing. They are always friendly, kind, and supportive. They are never judgmental or try to get you out as quickly as they can. They take their time and actually listen to what you say before making decisions about your health. Best urgent care ever!
