Had a possible UTI.  Dr checked urine sample, she didnt think so but was sending off sample forca culture.   The nurse who took my vitals was a sweet heart.  All the staff were very courteous and made me feel welcome.

Scheduling was super easy however I left more confused than when I came in on what was wrong with me. Why prescribe medication like antibiotics and steroids if I tested negative for flu and Covid… so what’s going on? Also I asked that my prescription was sent to Walmart and they sent it somewhere else and I had to travel farther to get it. What a mess I won’t be coming back

I spent 30 minutes with the online scheduling filling out the excessive amount of paperwork, but when I arrived, I was asked the same questions by the receptionist (who wasn’t at her desk for a long while and no one else could check me in. Then the tech asked me the same questions followed by the NP who asked the same questions. I don’t recommend using the online program for paperwork. No one looks at it.

The nurse that attended to me was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say about my symptoms. Unfortunately, when the doctor came in, since it wasn't COVID, strep, or the Flu, I felt like I was being listened to. I explain the amount of pain, lack of sleep, and dizziness I was going through. Felt like I was brushed off with having an ear infection, when that wasn't my main issue. Plus, my ears started acting up today and I told her this. Just felt very rushed.
