The nurse & doctor were awesome. Front desk receptionist not so friendly. But there is a note on the door saying that the facility located on route 35 and Hazlet is closing in December. So I would not recommend that facility.

I had the worst experience ever! I took my daughter for her scalp itching problem and thought she might have eczema! The male doctor said to get head & shoulder shampoo that will fix the problem! However, he told my daughter to take shower 2 times a day that is absolutely insane, it’s winter time with 30 degree out there and that’s what he told the patient, there is absolutely nothing to do with the hair scalp problem! He is so unprofessional and out of his mind!

Made appointment for my elderly mom with dementia . We got there and waited over an hour to be seen. She was getting very upset and wanted to leave. It was very difficult to keep her calm all that time. I think I will try somewhere else in the future.

I made an appointment online. Text sent to me to be there by 1:45 pm to check the wait list. I arrived at 1:35, the lady at the front desk, just scanned the computer when I said I had an app it for 2 pm, I gave her my name and she said well My doctor has to eat her lunch. Are you willing to wait. I asked if I had a choice and she said the doctor had seen 30 patients already and needed to eat. I don’t understand why I would have an appointment and no one would notify me. My wait was 2 hrs. I don’t think she was eating for 2 hrs. Then she seen it was maybe 5 minutes to look at my throat and listen to my Lu gs, no check of my ears or neck for lymph nodes. I said I thought it was allergies and the mad said, just allergies nothing else. Wow, what a disappointment.
