We came in to get an x-ray. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the receptionist told us that there was no x-ray technician there. We went home because it was late and the next day we went to a different urgent care and found out that my son‘s hand was broken.

I came in with a swollen red eyelid, knew it wasn’t going to take long in examining room. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to see the doctor. So upset that I had to wait long, Not a good set up. I was right, I was in the exam room for 2 minutes. The doctor didn’t know if I had a stye or pink eye but prescribed eye drops that would treat both, didn’t like not knowing what I have. There was one doctor there. I was disappointed in wait time and the fact that there was only one doctor. There should be more than one doctor.

I came in with severe congestion. I have been full of mucus coming from nose, throat, ears etc. I was not prescribed anything. I was negative on three different tests. But, I felt I was not taken care of. I was told it will pass in 1-2 days and sent home to buy Flonase like medicine. Days later still I am congested, and was refused antibiotics. Would not recommend.

Was not feeling well the day before aches and pains and something bothering my nasal passages! So when I woke up today feeling the same way, I decided I would go to urgent care. I was able to book an appointment in the morning very easily. The nurse Donnett  was very kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Ann Marie Halada is very knowledgeable and professional with a great bedside manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlantic health urgent care in Howell, New Jersey.
