I answered the doctor's basic questions about my symptoms, and when I read my after visit summary the answers were NOT the answers I gave the doctor. Today I am more short of breath, STILL filled with thick olive green mucus, and I was up all night coughing constantly...even with Tylenol flu. An X-ray I had for a different doctor a few days prior, showed an area that the radiologist who read it felt may be infection in my left lung. Your doctor said it wasn't related to my current illness. No medicine was given to address my breathing difficulties, sore throat or pain when coughing. The cough medicine she was going to give me, she also prescribed for my son who is also still very sick. I couldn't have taken it anyway because it shouldn't be taken with some of my daily prescription medicine. Glad I declined it. I think next time I will just go to the emergency room.

I waited 15 minutes just to check in. Then they take someone with an appt over us that had an appt but was late for it because the old woman working the window took forever to check in one person. I was second inline and I watched 2 people walk out because the line didn't move within 15 minutes. They need better checking time

Went well my symptoms are diminishing you guys have a great staff!!!

The PA looked at my rash. Said it wasn’t bug bites.  Got sick that night. Tested for COVID in the morning.  Had a virtual visit with my Dr today.

I am always so pleased wi the care, the staff, how thorough everyone is with my care. I actually prefer going here as opposed to my primary care doctor. The fact that I got a call at 9 pm to explain things further and to check up on me was amazing.

I was so happy with all the staff so nice and caring  I went so sick and take care me very fast and today I feel much better thank you so much I recommend this place to anyone

I was so impressed by my experience. The intake professional was kind and friendly. The facility was bright, clean and organized.  My treatment was thorough and responsive. I was in and out in less than an hour. They even got my prescription into my pharmacy in a timely manner. I will go back and recommend them to anyone

Made an appointment online easily. Everyone was very friendly - receptionist, nurse and P.A.. Waited only a few minutes in waiting area. Thorough exam and excellent communication from P.A. Good visit. I’ve been here before and it’s not always so great, but if this is the new norm, I’m impressed.

We’ve been with this group for  four visits due to my husband’s unfortunate workers comp injury. This staff has been amazing! The protection we felt and the care given to ensure his safe healing has been above and beyond. I have to say it truly did not feel like we were with an “urgent care” more so with a primary care facility with a staff whom really knew who we are.  I will let anyone whom is wishing to be assisted though, to give the front desk the proper documentation . So get it for them! and be sure to answer texts and emails for better prep for them. They have a lot on that front line to handle. This is a great help,  to help  you as the patient!!  Brilliant team! Thank you

I had an appointment at 9:15am and when I arrived there was one person ahead of me. A few people exited but yet still took over an hour to see me. Ridiculous in my opinion and won’t be going back to that location. It’s a shame though because everything else was great.
