Scheduling wasn't difficult for me. I was feeling really ill where my body is aching, head pounding, pain pressure on my face, and felt like I was going to vomit. The doctor was helpful. Just wished that he could've told me how long the symptoms last and a good time to go back to work.

I went to another urgent care during the week and was not satisfied and was getting very sick.  I decided to go to Oum on Saturday and Dr. Benjamin was so great. He knew exactly exactly what was wrong with me. Describe me medicine and and if it wasn’t for him, I probably be in the hospital. He was caring listening to everything I had to say and help me. I hope he stays at Oum and that clinic stays open because we need doctors like him and Willingboro.

I was in and out Just over an hour, the service was excellent and personable. The staff was supportive, and the professionals were on the mark every time I’ve come to O PTUM I’ve been very satisfied. I was very disappointed to learn that you’ll be closing. You’ve rendered good service to the community and I’m most appreciative. Thank you so much.

Amazing staff. Very fast and attentive. I hope I won’t need urgent care in the near future and if I do I will back. I told my family about the excellent service I received. My cousin actually told me about this location when I was looking yesterday.

Had a cough for a while, showed up, got quick service, was absolutely comfortable with the doctor I saw, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I appreciate the service, due to my doctor couldn’t see me for another 7 days!

All staff was friendly and attentive but for all the patients there was only one Doctor which caused a lot of delay other than that the visit and the Doctor was excellent

I suffer with an underlying condition so I showed the doctor what works. He refused one medication so I’m still suffering with bronchitis. The cough medicine I asked for would have improved my condition more efficiently. I will not return.

I was the first one in to be seen in the morning, so my wait time was minimal. I would say I waited about 10 minutes after signing in. The nurse practitioner was very good and asked me some key questions pertaining to my visit. He also gave me a prescription to fill. The room I waited in while clean, could have used a little upgrading to the floor and wall areas. Other than that, all went well.

The Doctor (nurse practioner) was too busy judging me, making assumptions and repeating his underhanded insults to listen to my story about what happened and my concerns. He even wrote his insults on my discharge instructions. I have problem feet from years of basketball and work injuries. I injured this same foot 4 times in the past year. The part I showed him I was concerned about was not like that the day before and is worse now. I know what it looked like before. He could care less if I drop dead from an infection because he says it's nothing. He assumes it was like that because the rest of my feet are damaged. By the way jerk....I came to you straight from work. Wearing steel toe boots and working on a concrete floor. I also take a good hot shower everynight before bed. Thanks for your insults and assumptions. I also have anxiety disorder which he used to basically dismiss my concern as well. The rest of the staff were fine. All very nice. The wait was not bad and the place was very clean.
