Awful experience. I needed immediate care and the lady behind the window was terrible and rude. She said I had 2, 3 year past due balances (1 of which i have a receipt showing it was paid) and refused to call my network to verify my insurance. She said she didnt do that. I had to pay out of pocket. I called Optum to run insurance and now have to call back in 40 days after the information goes thru the network. Do better.

Check in staff was loud rude when entering lobby area  check in lady  ask why you here and wanted me to explain when there was a lobby full of ppl I stated I’m here to see a doctor she ask why .I question do this place follow hippa policy .Doctor and staff was amazing except check in lady ask.check in was very uncomfortable and I will never return to this urgent care again

Dr Ben was totally awesome I have been going to my primary Dr for about a month and she still has not figured out what was wrong after feeling worse weekly  I decided to go to urgent care where I met Dr Ben right away him comforted me and check me throughly and found what was causing my symptoms his bedside manner made me feel better instantly also pointing me in the direction of better health Thank you Dr Ben feeling better now

I was able to walk in and receive immediate service.  The Nurse Practitioner was closed minded and the instructions were not effective.  I was later diagnosed with an upper respiratory conditions; the same information provided to the NP who ignored me.  I am pleased to know that this company will be closing December

Scheduling wasn't difficult for me. I was feeling really ill where my body is aching, head pounding, pain pressure on my face, and felt like I was going to vomit. The doctor was helpful. Just wished that he could've told me how long the symptoms last and a good time to go back to work.
